History of Our Club

The Rotary E -Club Berlin Global was initiated to assemble people, who live the rotarian principles of service and business ethics and coincidentaly hold close contact to the fast change of communication all over the world, which challenges clubs like rotary to adopt to e-driven people and to continue growth with the upcomming generations of members.

The first members have the international background, that is attracted from the capital Berlin since fall of the wall, which enables eRotary Berlin Global to network with very different experiences and foster rotarien principles with a high momentum.

From this prospective some professionals of banking, diplomats, communication and IT decided to go ahead and set-up the eRotary Berlin Global in February 2011.

Until end of march 2011 the preparation went on, first members came together and the website was sucessfully created from scratch with high team spirit.

In April 2011 the results of fast and creative teamwork will be showcased at Rotary International HQ in Evanston, IL, USA.
